Why a visit, and why a report
24 hours
For companion animals within its scope, article 27(i) of Spain’s Ley 7/2023 prohibits leaving them unsupervised for more than 3 consecutive days; for dogs, the limit is 24 consecutive hours. These are legal limits, not a care schedule. We agree visits around your pet’s needs.

Every visit
Care for cats or dogs, with the flat included
We agree the relevant items for your pet before the first visit. Not every item applies to every animal. 30-minute visit. 45-minute visit · medication by prior agreement.
At the first meeting we agree the tasks and access in writing. Keys carry a code, never the address.

Questions
Questions about medication, emergencies and areas
What if my cat hides?
Many cats do, especially on the first visits. We check that food has gone, the litter has been used and there are signs of normal life, and we never force contact. The report tells you what we found.
What about emergencies?
Before a visit we agree in writing the vet contact, how to reach you and any spending limit.
Do you walk dogs?
Yes, up to two dogs at a time, always on the lead. We don't take breeds listed as potentially dangerous.
