Barcelona · for when you travel
While you’re away, we stop by your flat.
While you’re away, we visit weekly for mail, plants and agreed tasks. You receive a short, time-stamped photo report after each visit.

Questions
What people usually ask
Where are my keys kept?
We agree key handover and return in writing. Keys carry a code and no address.
What do you do if you notice something?
We do not enter if the situation is unclear. We agree in writing how to contact you and what to do if we notice something.
My flat has a motion-sensor system. Is that a problem?
No. You can give our name to the company that runs it as your key contact. At our first meeting we write down what we do when we come in and leave.
